Before you start

Step-by-step
Install the app
On Android and Apple devices install it from the Play Store or App Store. On Fire TV, install it with Downloader — see our Firestick guide. On Windows and Mac, download the desktop build from the developer.
Accept the terms
Open the app and accept the terms of use on the first screen.
Choose the login type
Select Login with Xtream Codes API. This gives you live channels, films and series in separate sections, along with the programme guide.
Enter your details
Fill in any name you like for the profile, then the username, password and server URL from your activation message. Type them carefully — they are case sensitive.
Add the user
Press Add User. The app connects and begins downloading your channel list.
Let the guide populate
The programme guide arrives after the channel list. Give it a few minutes on first run, then it refreshes quietly in the background.
Set up your layout
Mark favourites, hide categories you never watch and pick your preferred stream format in settings for the fastest channel changes.
Tips that save time
- If the guide is blank, go to Settings → EPG and force a refresh, then reopen the app.
- Playback problems on one channel but not others usually point at that channel, not your setup — try a few before reporting a fault.
- The app remembers the last category you opened, which makes it quicker to get back to what you watch most.
